This is an argument could go on for ever and ever. What was the best gaming console of all time? Some say the Some Play Station, other say the Super Nintendo, or maybe you are like me and you love the Sega Genesis coonsole more than any other console. What ever the case may be we all have to know that we can never be absolutely sure as to what the true answer to this question is.

My personal favorite gaming console has always been the Sega Genesis Console. I guess the reason for this is because it was the game that I grew up with in my home. I loved playing my Sega. It has so many cool games that there was just nothing not to love about it. The Sega Mega Drive, or Genesis had some really cool titles. My favorite was Streets of Rage part two. This was by far the coolest horizontal fighting game of all time in my own personal opinion. I really think that the only games that Nintendo ever had that even stood a chance against it were Double Dragon and Ninja Gaiden.

My second favorite gaming console would definitely have to be the Sony Play station two. This gaming console truly revolutionized the world of video game playing. For many of the younger generation it was the first game that they ever played and therefore was there favorite game system of all time. Although the play station three has not had quite the same success as it’s predecessor, it is still considered to be one of the leaders in the world of gaming.

And in the number three position of my favorite games of all time is the X box 360. Microsoft really went out of their way when they created this console. The X box exceeded everyone’s expectations to say the very least. It forced other gaming consoles to step into the next millenium with it’s cutting edge technology. It has outsold both of it’s competitors, the (Sony play station 3), and the (Nintendo Wii)and is considered to be the standard when it comes to gaming consoles today.

So to conclude, the best gaming system of all time is the one that you personally love the most. There is no clear cut winner when it comes to this discussion. But if there were it would undoubtedly be a stiff competition between the SNES and the X Box 360 as both of these gaming consoles revolutionized the world of gaming in the eras that they were released.

If you have a difference of opinion I would be pretty surprised because the other honorable mentions, the turbo grafx 16, the Neo Geo, the Sega Master System and others do not stand a chance against the games that I mentioned above. These games have stood the test of time and are all still relevant in today’s gaming industry.
